phpg stands for PHP Gallery. It is a brand new, database free gallery software package for all. It can manage Galleries of ANY size in an easy, simple way. Housing loads of features, it is simple to setup, looks good and best of all free!

Why make a gallery software package database free? Private Gallery collections with many years of pictures and memories encompass many, many gigabytes worth of data. If you try and use conventional, database driven Gallery software packages to manage something in the order of 30GB, 50GB or 100GB+ it all just ends up in problems. So phpg was developed to simply read the contents of a folder out to the screen instead. Just think of it as looking at your pictures normally on your PC in "thumbnail" view.
