Strawberry Pancakes Delicious Pancakes With Fresh Strawberries And Ice Cream On Top

Recipe Ingredients (Serves: Serves 4): 1 Quantity Pancake Batter 60g Butter 2/3 Cup Of Sugar 1 Cup Orange Juice 1/4 Cup Brandy 2 Tablespoons Cointreau Or Grand Marnier 2 Punnets Strawberries Whipped Cream
Recipe Instructions: 1. Make up pancakes as directed in recipe. 2. Melt butter in pan, add sugar, stir until combined. Add orange juice, brandy and cointreau, stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. 3. Bring sauce to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. 4. Remove pan from the heat. Hull strawberries, cut in half, reserve 8 strawberry halves for decoration. Add strawberries to pan, stir until coated with liquid. 5. Using slotted spoon, divide strawberries between the pancakes and roll up. 6. Place the pancakes on a serving plate, spoon over a little of the sauce, top each pancake with whipped cream and decorate with reserved strawberries. Serve with remaining sauce.
