Recipe Ingredients:

2 Chicken Kiev, Crumbed
4 Potatoes
Butter, Salt

Recipe Instructions:

1. Set oven to 180 degrees. In an oven tray, lay down a sheet of oven bake paper with the two chicken kiev\'s side by side.
2. Pour approximately 1 tablespoon of oil over each kiev making sure to cover as much as possible.
3. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
4. While the chicken is cooking, peel and chop the potatoes into cubes and then place into a pot of boiling water.
5. Once the potato cubes are cooked, drain the water out of the pot and heat up a frying pan with oil in it.
6. Fry the potato cubes until golden brown and crisp putting in more oil and/or butter where needed.
7. After the 20-25 minutes, check that the chicken is a golden brown. If so, gently turn both of them over and place back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until the underside is also golden brown.
8. Once both sides are cooked, drain off excess oil and serve on a plate with a generous side of potato cubes and tomato sauce.
