Recipe Ingredients:

1kg Mince
6 Rashers Of Bacon
2 Eggs
1 Cup Corn Flake Crumbs
1 Cup Grated Cheese
1/4 Cup Teriyaki Sauce (Masterfoods Pouch)
1/4 Tomato Sauce (Heinze Big Red)
Salt

Recipe Instructions:

1. Pre heat oven at 170 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients except the bacon in a bowl until combined.
3. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and bacon rashers.
4. Place meat in loaf tin and fold over the bacon to cover it.
5. Push down on the bacon quite hard so it doesn't curl up during baking and place into the oven for 1 hour.
